本机功能与保存的数据
使用 App 不需要注册账户。App 在设备上保存收藏、收藏夹、设置、观察记录以及你导入的修正图片。观察记录可以包含你填写的时间、地点和备注；修正图片包含你选择的图片及其取景设置。
以图找鸟使用 App 内置的模型在本机运行。用于识鸟的照片和框选内容不会发送到开发者的服务器。你主动将图片保存为修正图片，并开启 iCloud 同步时，该修正图片会按下述方式同步。
iCloud 同步
观察记录和修正图片可通过你自己的 Apple 账户，在私人 iCloud 容器中保存和同步。同步默认开启，可在 App 的“我的 → iCloud 同步”中关闭。关闭后停止后续同步，不会自动删除之前已经存入 iCloud 的数据。开发者无法通过自己的服务器浏览你的私人 iCloud 内容。
你可以在 App 内管理和删除记录、修正图片，或通过 Apple 的系统设置管理权限与 iCloud 存储。删除本机内容与管理 iCloud 中的数据是不同的操作；关闭同步本身不执行删除。
设备权限与 Apple 服务
相机、照片选择和位置功能用于你主动发起的拍照、选图、图片修正和观察记录操作。添加观察时，只有选择“当前位置”才会请求位置；也可以手动填写地点或在地图上选点。你可在系统设置中管理这些权限。
离线图包由 Apple 托管和提供下载。iCloud、地图、App Store 和 TestFlight 等 Apple 服务的数据处理遵循 Apple 隐私政策及你的系统设置。通过 TestFlight 测试时，开发者可能收到你提交的反馈及 Apple 提供的测试诊断信息，用于处理问题和改进 App。
购买与订阅
年订阅、免费试用和终身买断由 Apple App Store 处理。App 使用 Apple 验证的购买记录判断访问权限，并支持恢复购买。开发者不接收你的银行卡或支付账户资料，也不将购买记录发送到开发者的服务器。
联系支持与外部链接
当你主动发送反馈邮件或附件时，开发者会收到你发送的邮箱地址、正文及附件，并用于回复和处理该反馈。你可以通过邮件联系开发者，提出与这些反馈资料相关的查询或删除请求。
App 和官网提供邮箱、社交平台等外部入口。你选择打开这些入口后，相关服务按其各自的隐私规则处理数据。App 不嵌入广告或第三方行为分析 SDK，不使用跨 App 广告跟踪，也不出售用户数据。
官网
官网由 Cloudflare Pages 提供静态托管。为交付网站和提供安全防护，Cloudflare 会处理访问请求中的 IP 地址及技术信息，具体处理方式见 Cloudflare 隐私政策。官网使用浏览器本地存储记住你的语言选择。App 也会从该域名读取公开的首发优惠时间配置；该请求不包含购买记录或个人内容。

Privacy Policy
Bird Atlas is developed and operated by Chen Wei (WEI CHEN). This policy describes data handling in the app and on its website. For privacy questions, contact weichenggt@gmail.com.
On-device features and stored data
No app account or registration is required. The app stores favorites, folders, preferences, observations, and imported image corrections on your device. Observations may include the time, place, and notes you enter. Image corrections include the picture you select and its framing settings.
Photo suggestions use a model bundled with the app and run on your device. Recognition photos and crop selections are not sent to the developer's servers. If you choose to save a picture as an image correction with iCloud sync enabled, that correction can sync as described below.
iCloud sync
Observations and corrected images can be stored and synced through your own Apple account in a private iCloud container. Sync is enabled by default and can be turned off under My → iCloud sync. Turning it off stops future sync; it does not automatically delete data already stored in iCloud. The developer cannot browse your private iCloud content through a developer-operated server.
You can manage or delete records and corrections in the app, and manage permissions and iCloud storage in Apple's system settings. Managing local data and managing iCloud data are separate actions. Turning sync off does not itself delete either copy.
Permissions and Apple services
Camera, photo selection, and location features support actions you initiate, including taking or selecting pictures, correcting images, and recording observations. Location is requested when you select Current location for an observation. You can instead enter a place manually or choose a point on the map. Device permissions can be managed in system settings.
Offline image packs are hosted and delivered by Apple. Apple's iCloud, Maps, App Store, and TestFlight services handle data under the Apple Privacy Policy and your system settings. During TestFlight testing, the developer may receive feedback you submit and testing diagnostics provided by Apple to investigate issues and improve the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
Annual subscriptions, free trials, and lifetime purchases are handled by the Apple App Store. The app uses Apple-verified purchase records to determine access and supports restoring purchases. The developer does not receive your card or payment account details and does not send purchase records to a developer-operated server.
Support and external links
If you send a support email or attachments, the developer receives the email address, message, and attachments that you send and uses them to respond to your request. You can email the developer with questions or deletion requests concerning that support material.
The app and website link to email and social platforms. When you choose to open those links, the external provider handles data under its own policies. The app does not embed advertising or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs, use cross-app advertising tracking, or sell user data.
Website
The website is served as a static site by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and protect the site, as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. The website uses browser local storage to remember your language selection. The app also retrieves public launch-offer dates from this domain; this request contains no purchase records or personal content.
